Intention, I believe is the first step in making anything happen. That is why I have appropriately named this podcast, Spark Intention.
This podcast was created for people who are feeling unbalanced in their business, life, and/or relationships and ready to reclaim their happiness. In this episode, I give a brief introduction to me, my story, and talk about what I like to call, the trifecta: the three areas that need to be healed in order to manage stress and anxiety naturally and that will allow you to step into the life that you ultimately want to live.
